Team Partners have the opportunity to name and brand one of the Clipper 70 racing yachts, creating opportunities for brand activations and storytelling across an 18-month campaign over six continents. With extensive global exposure, Team Partnerships can be used to support trade, business, employee engagement, tourism, or cultural projects. In addition, the associated crew can become ambassadors for their Team Partner and can be engaged to help promote and amplify partner messages.

Qingdao
Qingdao returns for its tenth Clipper Race edition, the longest partnership in the race’s history, with both a team entry and host port. Skipper Philip Quinn leads the team for a second time, joined by First Mate Faith Nordbruch. Thirteen Ambassador Race Crew will compete, representing Qingdao and sharing its culture worldwide. As the first Chinese city to host an international sailing event, Qingdao later hosted the Beijing Olympic sailing events and continues to shine as China’s Sailing City.

For the first time in Clipper Race history, Team London Business School joins the 2025-26 edition as both a Team and Education Partner. Skipper Gavin Rees and First Mate Zoe Longley bring extensive leadership and sailing experience to LBS’s debut campaign. With campuses across four countries and a global alumni network, LBS mirrors the race’s international spirit, with the partnership exploring leadership, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.

UNICEF, UK
Celebrating a decade of partnership, Team UNICEF returns for its fifth Clipper Race edition, championing children’s rights worldwide. Skipper Guy Waites, joined by First Mate Diana Vega, leads the campaign, with a fundraising target of £400,000 to add to the £1.6 million already raised for UNICEF UK.

Tongyeong
Led by Clipper Race professional duo Skipper Lou Boorman and First Mate Brian Uniacke, Team Tongyeong will showcase itself on the international stage as one of the most popular tourist destinations in Gyeongnam Province, famed for its lush archipelago. The partnership is also supported by the Gyeongnam Sailing Federation which will be using this collaboration to raise the profile of sailing in Korea and boost uptake and the accessibility of the sport and the marine leisure sector.

South African Skipper Dylan Kotze leads Team Warrant alongside First Mate Jade Golder, who returns after circumnavigating in 2023-24. Making its Clipper Race debut, Warrant Group joins as both Team Partner and Official Logistics Supplier, managing race equipment and supplies across global stopovers while celebrating 40 years as a leader in logistics.

Team Scotland is spearheaded by a collaboration between Brand Scotland and Diageo, which owns Oban Distilleries. Brand Scotland will be boosting economic growth, trade promotion and inward investment whilst Diageo will be using the platform to build the Oban Distilleries brand on a global stage, and for tourism promotion.

Power of Seattle Sports
Seattle’s Team Power of Seattle Sports features one of the first all-female Clipper Race leadership duos, with Skipper Angela Brandsma and First Mate Amy Smith. Marking ten years as a Host Port Partner, Seattle remains the most featured US city on the race route, while the team champions pathways into sport and women’s representation in sailing.

Washington, DC
Washington, DC returns as a Host Port and Team Partner for the second time, with former First Mate Ella Hebron stepping up as Skipper alongside Charlie Cullen. Representing the US capital, the team will welcome the fleet at the end of Leg 7, offering Race Crew a vibrant stopover before the final leg of the circumnavigation.

Great Ormond Street Hospital
Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals, will be represented in the Clipper 2025-26 Race. Through its gifted entry, Team GOSH will promote the hospital’s invaluable role in ensuring no childhood is lost to serious illness.

Yacht Club Punta Del Este
Team Partner for a third edition, Yacht Club Punta del Este is led by French Skipper David Sautret and Irish First Mate Lorraine O’Hanlon, who share over 70,000 nautical miles of experience. With high racing ambitions and strong crew spirit, the team will once again showcase Uruguayan pride as the fleet visits Punta del Este for a fourth time.
